Job Responsibilities:

• Manage deals from origination through to financial close.

• Undertake thorough financial analysis and complete risk assessment.

• Perform thorough due diligence of transactions, including constructing financial models and reviewing the legal documentation.

• Maintain regular contact with customers to identify opportunities and promote the full range of financial products and services offered by the bank.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.

Senior Site Quantity Surveyor - Kharafi National KSC - Kuwait

1. To ensure that the administration of contracts by projects is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
2. Preparation of subcontract agreements and amendments thereto.
