Responsibilities

• Analyzes and assesses manpower, equipment and materials requirements necessary to successfully and promptly execute maintenance work
• Sets performance standards for maintenance work and evaluates actual performance against set standards to determine productivity and effectiveness.
• Develops strategies to improve the overall reliability and safety of production facilities, personnel and production processes
• Consults and advises operating personnel to determine necessary maintenance requirements and establish work priorities
• Maintains necessary documentation on contractor performance, material damage or loss claims, accident reports and contract payments
• Analyzes requests for maintenance work in assigned area and resolves any controversial items which may be considered unnecessary or uneconomical with the proponent
