Job Description 1- To provide direct technical support to contract manager and field staff.
2- Answer the questions and comments of the client regarding design and technical matters.
3- Prepare priced bill of quantity to the items designed.
4- Prepare the periodical reports within the scope of responsibility.
5- Prepare the project as built drawings.
6- Study the project scope of work to know the limit of the company obligations according to the contract documents.
7- Study all technical specifications to follow in the project design.
8- Coordinate with design engineer to implement the preliminary and fill project design and submit it to the client for approval.
9- Follow up the projects execution and submit technical solution to design problems in site and assure that the work is executed according to drawings and technical specifications.

Job Description • Maintain updated price list
• Prepare quotation on NAV, if required
• Review technical submittals
• Review of all lighting samples before presenting same to clients/ consultants

• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers – clients, contractors, architects etc
• Identify new clients & projects
• Record and maintain computerized client/ customer database
• Provide after-sales support services, on-site technical assistance and product education to clients
• Extensive and effective follow up with contractors, clients and consultants to accomplish all other works that may be required to close sales
• Coordinate with contractor on all enquiries (quotation, deliveries, technical discussion, site meeting etc) on a day to day basis
• Review project reports principal-wise for presentation to principals
• Maintain close relationship with principals

Key Performance Area 3: People Development and Team Work
• Coordinate and follow up with Purchase department for timely delivery of materials in order to meet Project deadlines, ensuring that the materials are obtained as per specification provided
• Review “Pending Sales Order Report” periodically, and follow up with Purchase and Stores on pending orders to ensure complete and on-time delivery
• Review “Receivable Report” and close co-ordination with Accounts department to ensure on time collection of receivables
• Attend monthly sales meeting
• Attend internal meeting on weekly basis
• Should be team orientated, work as a team member assisting and supporting colleagues and other department in achieving a shared vision
• Balance team and individual responsibilities while contributing to building positive team spirit
