(Saudi national only) Reporting to the Vice President.

Qualification Requirements:

• University degree in related major from a recognized university.

• Fifteen years of similar experience in a cement company out of

which at least five years should be in an independent role.

• High leadership and analytical skills with ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and follow up purchasing orders and

complete all related procedures.

• Ability to set strategic plans for purchasing and contracting.

• Exhaustive knowledge of foreign trade protocols,
routines, procedures and best practices.

• Ability to execute various assigned tasks.

• Excellent communication skills both in English and Arabic with experience in MS Office applications.
