Position Associate General Manager - Facade Execution

Job Description • Coordinates and manages all activities associated with the Company's assignedcurtainwall construction projects including all Site staff and sub-contractor responsibilities.
• Liaises with Main Contractor, Consultants and support staff towards the execution of effective works
• To ensure architect drawings, calculations and specifications are both accurate and approved for facade execution.
• To ensure that all primary supplies can be ordered and to establish a working progamme schedule which will be satisfactory to the main contractor.
• To report on material compliance after testing and to summit reports of all materials tested and approved to the customer.
• To ensure that all engineering specifications are followed.
• To organise and supply on-site equipment.
• To coordinate all project matters as rectify problems encountered onsite installation, etc.
• Manage work by sub-contractors and ensure their schedule and delivery of goods are of good quality and on time.
• Responsible for all site staff related to facade execution in the assigned project.
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
• Control further processing or installation of non-conforming product until the
deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
• Close working relationship with the Construction Management Team.
• Maintaining weekly, monthly project reports for the project directors.
• Attends Project Coordination Meetings consultant and Main Contractors.
