Job Description Hi,
We have few openings with one of our prestigious client who is an award winning leading Real Estate Developer. Our client is proud owner of some of the famous “high-end”, “luxurious”, “high-rise” residential/commercial projects, Mumbai. The details are mentioned below
Positions:
1. Project Execution – DVP/AVP/GM (High rise Residential/Commercial Project, min G+ 40 floors)
2. GM Safety – Experience in Safety Audit, tools, training with NEBOSH or IOSH
3. AVP/GM (Production of precast elements, Commissioning of Precast factor & managing factory operations)
4. AVP/GM (Installation, Erection of Precast elements)
5. Manager(Mechanical or Electrical)
6. GM(MEP)
Key Responsibilities-
Strategic – Develop the project execution methodology including frameworks for project plans and resource allocation
Operational – Implement corporate project management policies across the Region to ensure effective and timely completion of projects with adherence to quality standards
Financial – Monitor and control expenditure for projects and resource requirements, cycle time and productivity norms
People – Conduct performance appraisals on departmental staff / personnel. Assess and fulfill training and career development requirements
Skills Required:
1. Qualification: BE / B Tech (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical – Degree Holder
2. Experience: Min 9+ Yrs of experience for Manager & 12+yrs is must for GM & Above
3. Candidates with High rise would be preferred
4. Salary: Can range anything from Rs. 11/ Lacs INR to 40 Lacs (would basically depend upon the experience & level of position)
