Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
• Manage market research data and quantitative and qualitative Information supporting marketing decisions
• Develop and direct market research projects for corporate banking
• Involvement in evaluation and selection of outside research agencies
• Perform ongoing market intelligence functions to support relationship management and manage the prospect identification process of referral programs internal, customer
• Coordinate internal referral programs for prospect identification
• Develop and maintain relations with industrial data base vendors
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related studies
• 5 years of experience in market research and/or product development in financial services Fluent in English and Arabic
Tracking and Reporting Manager
Responsibilities:
• Tracking and Reporting staff
• Measure marketing process effectiveness and identify capability gaps and improvement objectives Determine performance measures and develop business wide and segment-specific performance targets
• Highlight gaps in performance against targets
Highlight gaps in service levels and initiate action to resolve issues
• Re-evaluate segment mix based on performance results
• Consolidate segment-specific performance for all regions
• Coordinate relationship plan and sales strategy reviews with the business ( sales )
• Ensure that plans of action are completed by all parties involved in the sales process
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related studies
• 5 years of experience in banking and financial services
• Fluent in English
Customer Service Officer — Corporate Banking
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and requests
• Act as a single point of contact between the Corporate Banking Group and internal business partners when researching and resolving issues
• Prioritize issues and follow-up in a timely manner
• Support RMs and promote corporate banking products
• Prepare management reports
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service and financial services industry
• Thorough understanding of trade Finance, Lending Process and Account related matters
• Ability to serve customers at the highest level of proficiency
• Coherent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Knowledge of Islamic Banking
• Experience in hospitality or services industry is a plus
