Job Summary:-
Our client, a prestigious Middle East based bank, is looking for a Syndications, Forfaiting and Secondary Markets Manager to join their International Banking team in Qatar, reporting to the Head of Syndications.
Job Description:-
The successful candidate will be responsible for the sourcing and distribution of primary/ secondary syndication transactions with FIs in Qatar and in the region.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect buyers for secondary sale offers from the bank’s list of syndicated loans.
• Prepare Credit Applications and all credit related correspondence with borrowers for management approval.
• Down Sell the bank’s share of participations in the secondary market i.e. manage an active secondary sales desk.
• Coordinate with prospective borrowers for venue arrangements for the conduct of road shows and bankers’ meetings.
• Train and evaluate the performance of the team to ensure that they are operating within the prescribed policies of the bank.
Requirements:
• University degree in Banking / Business / Finance or equivalent.
• At least 8 -12 years’ experience in Banking, of which 3-5 years must be in sourcing/distribution of syndicated loans in a reputed financial institution in the GCC.
• Skilled in MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word.

Job Description:-
The position is to be based in Dubai, covering the GCC market of UHNWI and Institutions. An excellent product knowledge and ability to communicate with the Investment Banking arm of their Middle Eastern operations is very important. Candidates from a placement/fundraising position may be considered also.
Responsibilities:
• Market knowledge of products, laws and regulations.
• Involvement in developing new business and maintaining current clients.
• Involvement and advice in developing new products, with assistance from Investment Banking arm.
• AUM: Over USD 200mn.
Requirements:
• At least 8+ years of experience in the private banking sphere of which 5+ years must be in covering the specialist market, with either non-domicile or residents.
• Risk evaluation and prevention as well as advisory skills are a must.
• Arabic speakers are preferred for this position.

Job Description:-
The ideal candidate has to oversee all branch activities relating to internal services and operational issues as well as ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory banking requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure branches follow uniform procedures and security controls and take corrective action where necessary.
• Co-ordinate budgetary activities as well as monitor branch transactions and suspicious transactions.
• Overlook all matters relating to branch administration, physical security and premises upkeep.
• Handle staff placements in branches, transfers, resignations, complaints and other matters.
• Submit periodical MIS reports on branch performance and business data.
Requirements:
• University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
