CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES — Based in Oman

Worlds' Fastest Growing Airlines! We are looking for bright, intelligent, energized individuals to join our team as a "Customer Service Associate". You will be expected to provide the highest level of service to all Qatar Airways passengers and travel agents calling the Contact Centre for reservations, fares, ticketing information and baggage services.
It is preferred that applicants should have a minimum of one years' telesales work experience in airline, travel industry or call centre with knowledge of IATA standard reservation, fares and ticketing or baggage related services. Completion of secondary education is compulsory and/or relevant degree.
We require good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills in spoken/written English and Arabic with a working knowledge of PC-based applications. Ability to work in a team is essential. Other foreign languages are also an asset (i.e. Farsi, Hindi and Urdu). Must be willing to relocate in Oman.
