Job Description: We are seeking a SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER who will be responsible for delivering quality HVAC and refrigeration system design solutions that meet our client?s expectations while working within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
? Define problems and develop solutions to challenging HVAC and refrigeration performance issues with integrated architecture and engineering project design teams.
? Develop algorithms, perform calculations, and provide technical leadership for advanced
analytics.
? Review design documents, specifications, and QA procedures for Engineering projects.
? Help develop long-term visions and strategies from a technical perspective.
? Lead R&D projects.
? Experience in supervising project design, specification preparation and review, project scheduling, and project cost estimating.
? Perform analyses to identify cost savings strategies.
? Manages the development of project plans in advance of project activity ensuring effective execution by the Project Team. Monitors progress to ensure compliance with the pre-determined execution plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
? M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field; Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering a plus.
? 5+ years experience
? Advanced knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC system performance, diagnostic technologies, and control systems.
? Strong knowledge of industry fundamentals and business operations.
? Strong leadership, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
? Previous project management experience.
