Project Documentation Expert - Cyborg Systems And Solutions - Manama - Bahrain

Job Description * Support project manager with all necessary documentation in project execution.
* Keep track of project meetings, prepare MOM, action plan and keep all periodic & on request templates up to date all time.
* Support project manager in all meeting him as desired by with clients/ vendors.
* Ensure that all documents are properly stored/managed and secured with limited access as per company policy.
* Keep document history in very organised manner.
* Maintain the project timeline as assigned by reporting line manager.

Profile * Graduate with first class degree in any discipline (Preferably Business administration/ B.Sc.), BCA/ MCA is Plus & PMP certificate.
* 4-5 years of experience in Telecom industry (preferably) project management office with in depth knowledge in project documentation.
* Very good understanding of work flow chart, project templates, Std feedback processes, filling process, information security process etc.
* Prior implementation experience of Lawful intercept/Location based services is highly desirable.
* Self- initiative, team player, positive attitude, can work long hours.
* Good command on English language
