Marketing Representative-Foreman (Plasterwork)-Plaster Technicians - Qatar

1) Marketing Representative:- Minimum 3 years experience in Qatari market specially in construction market.

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering + AutoCAD with 3-5 years experience (out of which 1/2 years in GCC must) with relevant experience in the MEP & D for preparation of respective drawings for Building Services.

Technicians ( HVAC, FIRE FIGHTING, PLUMBING, LOW VOLTAGE SYSTEMS)

As a Sales Executive, you must ensure sustainability of operational targets through the sale of products and services to potential customers/ clients where technical or scientific knowledge is required in such areas as biology, engineering, chemistry, and electronics. You will act as a facilitator to ensure timely delivery of quality designs / services. This position requires analyzing skills, proactiveness, persistence, must be people person, determination and meticulous and possess excellent time management and communication skills.

Incumbent duties include:• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
• Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications.
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Maintain customer records, using automated systems (CRM).
• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
• Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing.
• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers’ needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.

Essential Requirements:
• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 yrs of experience in Sales and Marketing role within a specialized contracting industry
• Knowledge and experience in Construction industry, local contacts with Consultants, Contractors and Clients.
