Business Development Manager Dubai TSAR ME are seeking a highly self-motivated Business Development Manager for our UAE office (based in Dubai). Reporting to the GM, you will work autonomously promoting our custom-made carpets & rugs to the Architecture & Design market throughout UAE to secure specification on both Commercial and Residential projects. In this diverse role you will spend much of your day on the road visiting existing & potential clients, presenting our products and identifying current and future projects & opportunities. Your primary objective in this exciting and challenging role will be to continue increasing our profile and building brand awareness and sales in the UAE market. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: � Proven track record in sales to the Architecture & Design market and ability to meet sales targets (minimum 2 years experience preferred). � Wide network of established contacts within the A&D market. � Ability to develop & maintain strong client relationships and secure repeat business. � Experience in sourcing new business leads, securing appointments and converting these into specification and sales. � Excellent communication and presentation skills. � A passion and understanding of design and colour (relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded). � Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously An attractive remuneration package is on offer for the successful applicant: Base salary (in line with experience) + capped commission structure + Fully-maintained company vehicle Tools of the trade will also be provided
