Flash Developer Dubai An expert in design theory and implementation, this position is perfect for a creative person who can think outside the interactive box, whilst applying strategic web design functionality and optimization. Responsible for generating high quality and innovative artwork, you will be involved in the creation of a broad variety of design assignments from concept through final production. You will work closely with the creative department to collaboratively come up with ideas and execute those concepts using Flash. You will report directly to the Art Director of Creative and Project Development and interact daily with the Interactive Manager and Project Managers. Responsibilities include: Working in a group or individually to develop concepts and approaches Coordinating directly with Art Director on project details Researching and collecting information on materials relevant to project Researching online and multimedia trends Proposing technical and creative solutions for project briefs Skill Requirements: Expertise in design theory and proficient in applying it to web design Advanced skills with CS4/5 - Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign Intermediate Flash / ActionScript experience Scripted and timeline animation experience BA/BS in Multimedia Design, Interface Design, Interaction Design or equivalent Minimum 3 years experience using latest Flash software and its derivatives.
