- Dubai Salary: 40,000 P/M An exciting opportunity is available for a proven Facilities Management professional to lead and expand a stand alone specialist developer-based FM Services Company based in Dubai. Supporting the community of a high-end exclusive villa community in Dubai the successful candidate will grow a team both in-house and contract based in order to market and deliver world class hard and soft services to residents from the point of handover. The quality of services must match the standards and values of the branded developer. The project is currently at a critical phase. Several handovers are complete and continue to be scheduled for Q4 and into 2011. Strategic plans exist to develop and expand the business beyond the current development and the successful candidate will need to possess both a talent for both business development and system implementation in order to support this planned growth.
