Recruitment Researcher Dubai We are currently seeking a Researcher who will assist in the recruitment of staff into the Biotech industry. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: � Data entry entailing the loading of candidate�s CVs into the database. � Liaising and coordinating with relevant online recruitment websites and print media in order to ascertain pricing / quotes for advertisements to be placed. � Writing advertisements based on job descriptions provided; posting such adverts on recruitment websites and running in print media. � Screening candidate applications and conducting qualifying conversations with appropriate candidates in order to assess suitability. � Providing the Senior Consultant with a longlist of candidates whose experience and skill set exhibit initial suitability in line with the requirements of the position and ultimately, the client. � Liaising with candidates in the scheduling of interviews and meetings. Guidance will be provided by the Senior Consultant and Managing Partner on all responsibilities and duties to be performed; however you must be able to work with a degree of autonomy. You will have a University Degree and must possess 2 � 3 years experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical recruitment. You will have excellent organizational and time management skills; strong written and verbal English communication skills; you will be analytical, detail oriented, hard working, work well under pressure and possess a positive mental attitude.
