Sales Consultant Trauma Dubai Your responsibilities: In this position you will have the responsibility for servicing and expanding current accounts. You are expected to identify and convert new opportunities as well as execute budgetary and business planning for own territory to reach sales objectives. You will maintain excellent relationship with customers (surgeons and OR staff) and organize/attend local and regional training seminars for them. You are expected to continuously improve knowledge of Synthes products, to be familiar with and be able to offer advice and recommendation to operative procedures that ensure patient outcome and satisfaction. Your profile: You live in UAE and have a proven sales record within UAE environment, preferably in medical devices field. You are customer focused a good communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are a results driven, resilient individual with problem solving skills. You have strong organizational skills, are hard-working and self-motivated. You have a can-do attitude, are able to work under pressure and in time constraint situations.
