Office Assistant / Education Coordinator Dubai Your responsibilities: � Support General Manager in daily business tasks � Support company staff with administration issues, single events and recurrent activates � Take phone calls and answer e-mails inquiries � Develop and maintain good relationships with company�s clients, suppliers and counterparties � Overall responsibility for office maintenance � Process office orders for supplies, both locally and from Swiss HQ � Supporting the company in tender preparation documentation across all BUs � Assist where necessary with other duties within the company � Assist with travel arrangements for company staff and customers Extended duties: Education coordinator � organize and support events in the UAE territory as well as regional events. Coordinate educational efforts with Swiss HQ. Assist in preparation of new product launches. Your profile: You have a higher or specialized education. You have at least 2 years experience in a similar role in a multinational company (medical devices industry is a plus). You are a customer focused person with a can-do attitude. You have very strong organizational skills, are hard-working and self-motivated. You are a good communicator, have confident telephone manner, good written communication and interpersonal skills. You have good knowledge of business administration and are computer and office applications literate.
